Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify:

Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging

All tags and labels must remain attached

Only products purchased directly through Villa Contessa within Australia are eligible

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping

Villa Contessa does not cover return shipping costs. To safeguard your items, we recommend sending them via a trackable delivery method.

Once your return reaches our office and meets our quality criteria, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and we’ll notify you once your return is complete.
