All orders are lovingly dispatched from our Brisbane office within 1–3 business days. We work with a selection of trusted couriers to ensure optimal delivery based on your location.

📦 Flat-rate shipping: $16 AUD This includes all thoughtful packaging and careful handling—part of the Villa Contessa experience.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

We currently offer standard delivery only. Kindly allow time for your order to arrive, as this is not an express service.

During promotional periods (such as seasonal sales or Christmas), dispatch may take an additional 2–3 business days, and courier timeframes may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

Villa Contessa is a small family-run office, and we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order with intention and attention. Once your parcel is in transit, however, we are unable to accept responsibility for items that may be delayed, lost, or stolen.

If your delivery is marked as complete but has not arrived—or is experiencing significant delays—please contact us at 📮 Villa.Contessa@outlook.com. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier service and do all we can to help resolve the issue with warmth and integrity.
